Update: After we've uploaded all of our files and our database, Hostinger is giving us a 404-page error on all of our pages. Hostinger's support is now powered by AI, so no lack there. We just talked with a hosting provider and they quickly gave us access to a dedicated server.

Hostinger's AI feature for fixing common issues was nothing more than unhelpful. All of our files have been successfully uploaded, yet the hosting company is unable to properly display our website. We triple-checked our files and database, no lack there.

Update: For some reason, we're not getting the "You have an error in your SQL syntax" error in phpMyAdmin - although we didn't get the same error the last few times we uploaded it.

We've just deleted everything and we're uploading all the files again to the new server. If that fails too, we'll ask for a refund and proceed with migrating to another web hosting company.

With all that in mind, we've tried multiple times to change the nameservers with CloudFlare and point our DNS to Hostinger. Spoiler alert: It failed. We then tried to simply change the DNS settings with the ones that the newest server has, but it failed again.

Hostinger is basically asking their clients to:

1. Remove the domain from their account.
2. Wait a few minutes and add the domain to the new account.
3. Proceed with the migration.

This brings the site down, because you have to remove it first in order to re-add it.
