I injured myself on the job. I was picking up a crate and was rushing and didn't use correct procedure. Felt what I thought was a muscle and remember joking about it saying that I was gonna feel that in the morning! Well, 8 yrs later still dealing with the pain!😂😖

I just got back in to doing yoga. Mostly for physical therapy to deal with my back issues😖
