Looking back on some of the design notes is so much fun. Here's how I came up with the notebook deduction screen and how it looks in the demo:

Since our demo is held together with duct tape and prayers (and I learned so much while I was coding it), I started coding the game from scratch. My systems are working really well but I need them to be more organized and hopefully more scalable. Here we go again...

The scene we are currently writing has this exact energy (with a little less stakes than death).

We thought it was really cute to add a Turkish word to the game that might be a clue without thinking how it would sound in the Turkish translation of the game and now we can't stop laughing. Same energy as this:
