Allowing fears to dominate our thoughts reinforces their control over us. I've found that movement is a powerful way to break this cycle. Regular physical activity, whether it's exercise, dance, or a simple walk, can shift our focus from anxieties to the present moment.

Gus was a demon - Agzmoraxis, Scourge of the Nine Hells. Edie, a senior citizen who found an ancient grimoire at Value Village and needed help around the house. But that wasn't the whole story.
