Fun fact: just because a restaurant, hospital, school or casino buffet can't sell the food they cook at the end of the day doesn't make that food "waste". Still 👍 2 eat.

Why do renewable energy discussions ignore biodigesters? They turn waste into energy AND soil health, yet rarely make headlines.
