If it fits, test on your bicep but also check it on the forearm too - if the bicep is more than 5ish points higher consistently, consider getting the next size up for the bicep. Forearm is also quite accurate but studies have shown the readings to be about 4 systolic/2 diastolic higher on average.

Depends on your flavor of ADHD - back as a kid sitting up front meant getting yelled at for fidgeting or just reading far ahead to keep my brain from wandering. In the back that didn't get noticed as much and the teacher just cared if you had the right answers

Along these lines, the paid, full-time chief of my campus EMS squad got a PhD in health sciences/education and started yelling at everyone to call him Dr on calls. We always had to let new kids know to only call him Chief so patients wouldn't take his statements as medical advice from a physician.

Depends on the context. In an academic, research, administrative, or other non-clinical setting - most of the time in my experience. In a clinical healthcare setting, generally not because of the misunderstanding it can cause patients and potential risks/liability than can occur.
