Can't remember the number of times I have been told that I was weak for exposing my vulnerabilities.
Over time, I’ve learned to set aside my ego, allowing others to reveal my weaknesses to me. This has enabled me to grow as both a human being and a professional.

Companies are getting faster at executing and putting features out there, but the tech debt is pilling up.
I wonder if with the fast execution rate we have now is actually easier to building something from scratch rather than taking care of an endless tech debt.
