Anubis can use your system load as an input for checks. If your server isn't falling over, you shouldn't need to challenge users!

With Red Hat, you just put the RPM files in a folder, run `createrepo` and you're done. It's nice, easy, and makes sense.

With Debian, none of the documentation is up to date, you need to write configuration files for some reason, and it's not straightforward.
