If you cannot use ColorControl, just stick with Game Optimizer picture preset and HGIG in HDR. Then you can still follow the rest of my recommendations here:

ROG Xbox Ally still hase Win11 Home as OS, so everything we're seeing there can easily come with a future Win11 update also for Desktops (as optional features/modes of course)

If they need some help they could just follow my PC / Win11 Optimization guide and (on devices like Legion Go S or Next Xbox(es) as well) just slap Xbox Series' Dashboard on top of it by default, lol

If they need some help they could just follow my PC / Win11 Optimization guide and (on devices like Legion Go S or Next Xbox(es) as well) just slap Xbox Series' Dashboard on top of it by default, lol

Perf wise that's expected with a stock Win11 with Defender and VBS: On, Bitlocker: On, TPM + Secureboot: On and Win11 bloat. After debloat they should perf pretty similarly if not better on Win11 (and AMD. NVIDIA is much faster on Win11 than Linux)
