States need to have more power, not less. The very fact the federal government is trying to consolidate power goes against the concept of separation of powers that was put in place to prevent a singular all powerful entity.

The variable holding the array was never updated, printing arr wil just simply print the original array.

Also design and good practices are still something you need to have good people looking at.

I have a Hybrid and the thing I tell people who make gas vehicles a part of their personality is that while they’re paying 120 bucks to fill up their truck, I pay $17 at the pump and don’t fill back up for like 3 weeks.

2/2

Alex in blue and me in the other photo having just finished a bike trip over the summer. I see myself here. It could have been anyone who died there.

He was a real man, and died protecting someone more vulnerable than himself. A hero if I ever saw one.

Omg I know! Spend a great deal of time trying to talk people out of a Linux daily driver. I have plenty of servers and even some special custom network tools that run Linux. But windows is still king for compatibility and out of the box functionality.

By “global” I meant namespace within the 1st level of a Python project or file and not nested inside functions.

The same way I might refer to VLAN 20 on a particular network and not mean all VLAN 20s across every network in existence.

What term would one use if “global namespace” has no meaning

Global namespace vs the namespace in the function then?
