A year ago, I was approved to begin taking #Zepbound (Tirzepatide), a GLP-1 agonist for weight loss. I’ve lost over 80 pounds in the last year, and I’ve never felt better. This made sense for me, my body, and my health goals - it won’t for everybody. But just some gratitude for science today.
