Also, a troubleshooting step I use a lot is to record a live2d animation out of vts and then import it into live2d, to see if it's shown there, and drag around params to see if something funky is there! Apologies if you've already tried these, I'm not sure what's wrong so I'm just throwin ideas out!

I have only had vtube studio act up weirdly one time and what ended up fixing it was reducing the number of clipping masks out of Live2D by one - although the bug was the model flickering when moving. Something to throw at the wall and see if it sticks? Otherwise I'm not sure, sorry!!
