I always feel like the issue with "safe" or sanitized works is that it ironically stifles a deeper, healthier discussion or critical thinking about all sorts of things. And we're actually already beginning to feel the effects of this; we're getting more and more people who are incapable-

When I first read this for the zine I was just so, so blown away by how beautiful it was. Your words just stirred something within my heart, like there's just something so poetic and beautiful and sad about this tale and I remember thinking "we're so lucky to have this in our zine" 😭😭
