I wonder what it'll take for the list to make its way into the "mainstream" and not just be passed between people who (A) are conscious of an imbalance, and (B) want to change things. It's kind of alarming that Elizabeth's name isn't enough. A regular feature on an influential YT channel might help.

I think it would be smart of publishers to be scouting that list. There are maybe 400 designers listed and many have a single game to their name. That's a lot of untapped creativity (in the most positive sense) and it costs nothing to reach out and ask about unpublished designs. It's a win-win.
