This incident is obviously having a serious impact on roads leading into Bradford city centre. It’s taken me an hour to reach Bradford Coroner’s Court from Rooley Lane. Avoid if you can.

It’s going to be a very important moment on Friday when MPs vote on assisted dying. I’ll be in to cover it live & for evening news bulletins. Public opinion points to support, but very unclear at the moment how vote will go on Friday with deeply held views on both sides of the debate
This is very interesting in Sunday Times. Those who have lost a parent in their life are more likely to support assisted dying than those who haven’t. It’s intensely personal isn’t it - personal experience can shape views both ways.
