Went to see Mission Impossible. The US culture is so ingrained. So easy to forget. Won't happen again.

Bought Tickets to the new mission impossible movie. So easy to accidentally buy US. Won't happen again.

I read advice on ageing. There seems to be this gap for 55+ year olds. From 40s to Senior: make sure you do your stretches, and go for a 10 minute brisk walk.
I’m 57.
I'm gonna go pickup and put down heavy things.
And I’m not about to settle for decline.
