Tai chi rebel if that’s not a contradiction in terms.
I’d defend tai chi if taught as manifestation of anarchic/taoist ideals (anti-authoritarian, anti-jargon, anti-guru, stripped of power hierarchies and subservience to antiquated traditions. In fact I’d say it has more going for it than most martial arts.

That’s got to be challenging for you. After the fateful Brexit referendum in the UK it seems division appeared everywhere and has not gone away. But I like to use Tai Chi as a way to try and bridge some of these chasms. Think Embrace the Tiger and you’ll be fine.

I’ve been at it for as long as I can remember. It’s got to the point now where doing it and not doing it merge nicely on a good day ;)
