We went to an indoor rental today for Lily's strength training routine. I could tell she was tired (from underwater treadmill and she had her Bravecto yesterday, which messes with her a little) but she still gave a great effort ❤️

Well, bit the bullet and got supplies to start training Lily in scentwork. We started in a beginner class last year, and she showed great promise. I'm excited to start training and trialing in this new sport with her ❤️

Apart from a 30 minute walk, Lily has been sleeping all day. She's experiencing what is known as a "healing crisis" after her massage. This can occur for 24-48 hours post-massage. Her body is working to adjust and heal itself, and shows the treatment is working.
