Unfortunately Skyburner’s Oath isn’t “featured gear” so if you want to run this with the Avant Garde modifier your will probably want to consider Devil’s Ruin, or an Agape, Phoneutria Fera, Ahab Char, or Yeartide Apex with incandescent or burning ambition

So far I’ve run this on Expert solo ops and the only time I’ve actually died is when I accidentally walked off a ledge. How well it stands up to master remains to be seen, but it is really super bonkers fun.

Also just picking the hammer up will grant you cure as well, for even more healing. I’m fairly certain this works on the Mjolnir style recalls too

Unsatisfied with the bonuses and synergy so far? Well the set bonus for 4 pieces of solstice armour means healing improves weapon handling and reload speed, and that rapid solar final blows heal you. Again, this is basically all the time.

Ember of torches will give you radiant whenever you yeet a hammer (which is all the time) giving you a nice weapon damage buff, and ember of solace will keep radiant and restoration running for longer. Potentially you could also drop solace in favour of ember of ashes for more scorch

Ember of seating means any scorched enemy you kill will spawn a firesprite, when you pick it up, this will trigger or extend forge master. Ember of mercy means it will also give you restoration because free healing is nice and I am bad at games.

I’ve been running this with Skyburner’s Oath because 1. It’s probably my favourite exotic, and 2. Hip fire is great for applying scorch. This becomes important for the fragments.

Aspects are Roaring Flames, which will boost the damage of your hammer yeets, and Sol Invictus which will cause said yeets to create a big burny sunspot which enemies will gleefully walk into and burn themselves to death

The main “MEAT” of this build is the new exotic Melas Panoplia. It basically turns you into Thor but with fire: Throw hammer, recall hammer, set everything on fire.

I also got a standard version with eddy current with BOTH jolting feedback AND rolling storm. Although I have more of a preference for jolting feedback.

(I haven’t even attempted it on Expert yet. I think that might be a bit beyond me)

After a few false starts with other builds I jumped over to my titan, strapped on good old falling star and a sword and managed to get the royal court emblem without breaking too much of a sweat

(Although shout out to the boosted version of maligned harvest giving free over-shields with deterministic chaos)
