I wanted to remake Darkness Incarnate, featuring Mephiles, Yami Marik and Salem, with the addition of Nightmare, Sotetsu Genan or Tenkai and maybe Sabrina/Natsume or Hex, but I’ve been on hiatus looking for a career job…, so have some more old art this Halloween. I’ll do a remake at some point.

Clothes Swap
Super Amy and Dark Magician Girl Anzu

I drew these for Anzu’s birthday last year and thought it would be fun for Amy and Anzu to swap clothes and be in their Super forms. With October being Halloween month, it’s the perfect time for clothes swap and cosplay art.
Amy and Anzu have switched clothes. Anzu is wearing Amy’s red dress, headband and is wielding her Piko Piko Hammer. Amy is wearing the clothing Anzu wore on her date with Yami Yugi: Pink jacket, yellow tube top, red shorts, black socks and red sandals. Amy and Anzu in their Super/Powered Up Forms. Amy glows golden yellow like Super Sonic, Super Shadow and Super Silver with her quills flowing upwards but retaining her red dress, hairband and boots. Her Piko Piko Hammer is upgraded into the Long Hammer from Sonic Adventure. Anzu is dressed as Dark Magician Girl, with the light blue wizard hat, garment, fingerless gloves, yellow choker, pink skirt and cape and wielding her signature wand.

Hatsuho Shinonome (left) and Kanna Kirishima (right), both from Sakura Wars. Both women are associated with the color red, and both are fierce fighters, ready to take on anyone in a physical fight, or in their Koubu mechs. Hatsuho is a shrine maiden who comes from hee family’s shrine, and Kanna comes from her family dojo. They both serve as the Flower Division’s hard hitting muscle of the team. Both Hatsuho and Kanna can fight, but they also perform plays with their fellow revue members. Azami Mochizuki (left) and Iris Chateaubriand (right). Both girls are the youngest in their respective Imperial Revue’s Flower Division, but have supported their fellow revue friends both in combat and performing on stage and are associated with the color yellow. Azami hails from the Mochizuki ninja clan and Iris comes from a family who isolated from her due to her spiritual powers. Both were recruited into the Imperial Combat Revue’s Flower Division to perform with their fellow revue members and to use their powers to fight the demons and protect people. Azami holds a plush of Peanut, the Grand Imperial Theater’s mascot, while Iris holds a plush of Jean-Paul, a teddy bear she has as her best friend and holds dear to her heart. Anastasia Palma (left) and Maria Tachibana (right). Both women wield guns as their weapon and hail from a tragic past. Anastasia lost her parents to demon attacks, while Maria lost her captain when she was a soldier in the Russian army. During their tenures in the Imperial Revue’s Flower Division, both Anastasia and Maria have found their new family in the form of their fellow revue members and fight with them to protect the people from the demons.

WIP Metal Overlord
Metal Overlord gets his own artwork separate from Team Heroes (Ultimate Forms/Super Powered Up) and will be part of a different series of artwork I will be working on.

Metal Overlord is so far, still the most complex character in design that I have ever drawn thus far.
Metal Overlord, the final boss of Sonic Heroes and Metal Sonic’s most powerful transformation. He attained this form by copying the life data of many powerful heroes.

Metal Overlord will get his own separate drawing. I changed Ruby’s Blooming form in the remake to retain Ruby’s hair better, but to still incorporate longer hair length and it being rose color instead of red.

The members of Team Heroes, powered up in their ultimate forms. Super Sonic turns gold yellow from his original blue color, his eyes becomes orange/red instead of green and his spines point upwards. Seijuro Kamiyama puts on his white battle uniform to use with his Mugen mech unit. It has linings of gold and navy blue and he retains his the white collar and brown tie of his normal clothing. Blooming Silver Eyes Ruby, a fan made form I made, has rose colored hair which grows longer and her black dress takes on a rose color too. Her red cape becomes silver and the little crosses that attach her cape to her dress are now gold colored, but she retains her red hair streaks and the red lacing on her waist cincher. Raichu is Pikachu’s evolution where the eyes are the same, but it becomes orange, its arms and feet become brown on the ends, the cheek markings change from red to yellow, the ears become bifurcated with small curls on the bottom end and its tail becomes longer and black with a lightning bolt shaped end. Pharaoh Atem is Yami Yugi wearing an Egyptian Pharaoh robe. He has a small crown on his forehead with the Eye of Wdjat on it, a gold earings, a navy blue cape and a DiaDhank on his left arm. Hypernova Kirby retains the spherical shape and black eyes of his normal form, but now glows multiple colors like a rainbow, and is able to inhale gigantic objects into his gaping mouth.

Kirby is round and pink with black eyes, blushing cheeks and a smile. He is wearing a pink helmet with a gold visor that has blue lens.

The Lancelot from Sonic and the Black Knight is Shadow the Hedgehog’s Arthurian counterpart. He resembles Shadow, but wears black and gray armor with his visor up, complete with armored Air Shoes. He wields his sword Arondight. The Lancelot from Sakura Wars is an English girl with grayish brown hair tied in a ponytail with a ribbon, blue eyes, peach skin and wears a uniform of black with white in the center with gold buttons. The uniform has gold and red outlines, white sleeves and gloves with gold bracelets with a cyan line in the center. Lancelot dual wields her swords, Arondight (a silver sword with a blue grip) and Aronblight (a black sword with a red grip).

(Evil Equivalents to Heroes for April Fools)
Yaksha, the evil demon counterpart to Sakura Shinguji from Sakura Wars. She has Sakura Shinguji’s black / navy blue hair and wears a gray uniform and a mask to hide her demon eyes and horn to deceive everyone into thinking she is the real Sakura Shinguji turned evil. Neo Metal Sonic from Sonic Heroes is a form Metal Sonic takes to shape shift into people to disguise himself and to rule the world as robot overlord. He has five spikes instead of three, white streaks along his spikes and the sides of his eyes, red ears and eyes, black sclera, is painted blue with a yellow rocket engine in his chest and black shoulder plates, black leg armor around the knees, red pointed shoes and a spiked belt with a cape around his waist. Supreme King Judai / Jaden is the form and alternate personality Judai / Jaden takes after the Gentle Darkness, a power dormant within him as a reincarnation of The Supreme King of the past who fought the Light of Destruction, awakens and corrupts him with negative emotions. He has yellow glaring eyes and wears a black helmet and black armor with a red cape. The Supreme King duels with Evil HERO cards, which are Judai / Jaden’s Elemental HERO cards corrupted with evil and the Gentle Darkness’s power.

Another improvement from when I drew the heroines in college. I didn’t play Sakura Wars back then, but now that I have, added in Sakura Amamiya. I used to think this looked really good back then, but at the same time, improving over the years is also satisfying.
