Im not a particularly good Mixologist but it’s basically a traditional Whiskey Sour with egg whites and a red wine floater on top. Everyone has a twist, I’ve heard Bartender say they prefer Merlot, others a dry Cab. Of course the Whiskey maters also. Maybe @iammmune.bsky.social can drop his recipe
