Second post where notable removal - OP says theyre moving to Launceston soon (3 months ago) and looking for theatre recs. My comment and another have been removed.
Here's what I said.
My comment reads "There's a few different Facebook groups that put up info about auditions. Black Box is small but promising, Launceston Musical Society is getting back into doing shows. Someone already mentioned I.O. who dip into a lot of different things. Theres a handful of choirs around too. Due to the size of the place though, if you're in the circle of one, you're bound to see a lot from the circles of others. Also if you drive, there are some good groups in Devonport and Burnie from what I've heard, and if you're coming from the city the drive is comparatively short. I won't comment on the ongoing Encore stuff, I was involved in their last 2 shows without any problems but morally am incredibly on the fence about them moving forward- which sucks, cause there are some genuinely great people involved, but as a company imo they need to take accountability for harm that's happened and/or at MINIMUM speak out against it. Feel free to DM me with any questions, I'll do my best to answer :)"

How hard is it to publicly say 'we take all accusations seriously, substantiated or not, and can and will conduct internal investigations to prevent further issues of this nature' instead of constant non answers and redirecting people to read their code of conduct (which they can't even seem to follow). But I guess making a statement like that would open them up to too much scrutiny. Even though if ANYONE comes out with evidence of recent misconduct right now, ETC's reputation is as good as gone. Absolutely baffling corporate behaviour." IMG 2. 2 comments made by others on the r/launceston subbreddit. "Garwood has skeletons in his own closet in this regard. I suspect they will come out in due course. I agree that a lot of the rumours about Danny are homophobic slander. The allegations reported are concerning and I think it's right that he's not working with the company. However, they are not illegal actions and his WWVP card has not actually been cancelled." Second reply, by shap08 "The WWVP check is clearly inadequate, as shown by the James Griffin case. He maintained his clearance until his removal from the LGH. A zero-tolerance policy for misconduct is essential, especially within police and healthcare. The emphasis needs to be on preventing all harmful behaviors, rather than debating the specific motivations behind them." IMG 3. A comment made by me on the r/launceston subbreddit, in reply to the comments in IMG 2. My comment reads; "It is entirely inadequate. As far as I understand WWVP checks only look for any kind of police filing against the person. Issue with this is that we still live in an era where people don't feel safe/comfortable making reports about misconduct and many orgs don't do their job forwarding reports to the relevant industries when they're brought forward (e.g. police). Encore have rolled out WWVP checks ahead of their youth program and current show (with the cast being majority children) which is an empty show of faith imo. Especially considering they have simultaneously chosen to keep someone who has, to the best of my knowledge, *allegedly* sexually harassed several young women within the last year - whom he had access to due to Encore productions - involved in productions, AND made excuses to the victims for the behaviour. These events have been brought to the attention of Encore's pres and no action has been taken aside from 'a warning'. The situation with Danny is the absolute tip of the iceberg (regardless of if the claims against him are true or not), because ETC is CURRENTLY protecting someone harmful. I full encourage anyone with any info about the misconduct at ETC to file an intelligence report with the police. I've been through the process myself and am happy to help advocate for you wherever possible, and submit on your behalf anonymously if necessary. I'm likely already in the line of fire and have probably already been internally barred from any work with them for speaking out, so I'm going to keep speaking on what I know until the people who continue to enable this behaviour are held accountable. This article alone really highlights how much they claim to care. If they'd take continued actual, meaningful, responsible action, maybe people speaking out about it wouldn't be such an issue to them."

Highlight of my spotify wrapped dropping so far has been this comment from my ex fiancee (we broke up in 2018 and are good friends now). Lost my shit. Their top 5 - The Cure, Chappell Roan, The Cranberries, Fleetwood Mac and The Smiths...& their overall playlist was like 70% stuff I listen to reg.

No surprise WILLOW is top artist, but expected at least one of her songs in top 5 given I had her albums on rpt for half the year. I forgot how hard I went on PinkPantheress in the first few months tho.

My brain just can't justify the upfront fee p/month when my focus jumps around so much or you best goddamn believe I would 😭 I always feel like I'm wasting money if I don't feel like playing, which sucks.

Don't anyone ever tell me that The Sims 2 is a casual game, this took me 7 fucking hours.
A yearbook style image with a cream background and wood floor containing 88 sims, taken in the Sims 2. There are approximately 9 rows, positioned on stairs, with elders at the back and toddlers and children in the front. Almost all the characters are made with "custom content", meaning the poster has downloaded individual clothing and hair that is creator made instead of using the items bundled with the game.
