Final Fantasy VII Remake
I already loved it at launch back in 2020, but coming back to it in preparation for Rebirth gave me an even deeper appreciation for this game. Especially in regards to the characters and story. This and Rebirth are to me, the gold standard of video game remakes.

Kingdom Hearts Final Mix
Replayed this recently on Proud for the first time in forever, and it has held up way better than I remember. The gameplay is so well put together, and the emphasis on RPG mechanics over pure action really sets it apart from its sequels. Bring back Tech Points.

Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix
Only one way to start a thread like this. It's been almost a decade since I first played KHII, and my love for this game and the series has only grown stronger as time went on. It really is the greatest to ever do it.
