legally, the answer should be yes. but the reason it's gotten all the way to the federal court of appeals is because of insane discrimination, so i'm terrified that the judges will be just as discriminatory as immigration has been... i'm told that federal judges are better about this, but we'll see.

also, it's really inspiring to see that progression. it's so easy to see incredible artwork and think wow they're so talented, i could never do that... then you look at the old art and it's like wow, they're actually just a normal person.
