someday I have to play the sequel but I want to actually beat the first one (I've only got a bad end) cause you bring over your save from the first into the second

I think i just dislike when things very overtly try to make me feel impressed or emotional which is unfortunate cause this is like, the thing that battle shonen does

I'm cursed to like the general idea of battle shonen but not like flashbacks or speeches

oh shit does it actually follow up on the mei mei stuff i was waiting for that

I always feel bad talking about it cause like the devs seem chill, lot of passion for the genre and all that, but also it feels pretty transparent that the reason it's gotten this degree of praise is cause it's a jrpg style game made by white people with a realistic artstyle
