Thankfully a lot of UoR staff that aren't the Law TERFs are pretty trans-supportive on the whole. Several other departments have put out statements condemning the new policy and pressuring for it to be rescinded (Art especially were very quick to do so)

I don't pass very well yet (although the people in the men's toilet hadn't really cared about that in my experience).

They expect me to either risk getting kicked out of the women's for being masc-presenting or use the one disabled toilet (or go to another building to find a neutral toilet ig?)

They went with the EHRC "guidance" on single-sex spaces (which has since been rescinded I think?) and said that we are supposed to use the toilets of our "biological" sex. 😔

She (and the other Law TERFs at the Uni of Reading), and the VC that enables them, are the reason that, according to their new policy, there is now no toilet I can use in the building where I work. 😡
