I would love if Doug Ford in his quest to improve congestion in the GTA would take some of that "tunnel" money and incentvize companies to allow staff to 'Work from Home' if they can. Drive into a near empty office to be on teams calls all day because of "office culture & collaboration".

I think so. With the current political climate, the weakening Canadian dollar, and the Toronto Sceptres playing in Minnesota just hours earlier, these factors likely played a role.
