If you want to protect stationary sites in 2025, you have other cheaper short range options in my point ov view. -> C-RAM

None of those systems are made for protecting important sites. The Fins bought it to replace the outdated ZSU-57-2 in the 80's. I know that one battery is now used to support the NASAMS in Helsinki.
But in general: The counterparts would be the skyranger or the FlaRakPz IRIS-T (2027).

In 2027 there will be a FlaRakPz on a Boxer Chasis and with IRIS-T missiles. I think that would fit better to replace the Cortale.
