Can't wait to do more Trapeze! Last class they had a Halloween themed pose list including coffin and what I think was called deadman (I'm so bad at remembering names, I only remember coffin because i'm familiar with it on hammock) We also did bat hang over on the silks so we could have wings.

Took the day off today and had a great time at aerial yoga at Vertical Freedom!

Love this, going to order some samples. Not part of this new collection obviously but my most worn perfume from them is this really nice lychee scent called Nonconforming.
