Rosemary Gladstar books are fabulous. I know they aren't a class, but they're a great jumping off point. Make sure to introduce herbs slowly, one at a time, to make sure you don't have any adverse reactions. A friend mixed a bunch together in a tincture and got super sick.Took time to find the cause
