Only did half an hour in the gym today as sciatica reared its head, but trying to remind myself it’s better than nothing!

Only did half an hour in the gym today as sciatica reared its head, but trying to remind myself it’s better than nothing!
It’s that point in the school year where physical and mental exhaustion has set in, so I’m trying to have a bit of reset this month where I eat and exercise better, and focus on sleep and wellbeing. Started off yesterday with a walk in the sun ☀️ #UKteaching 🎓
