It may not on National Guard issue because authority Trump currently using still subject to judicial review, but once he goes full Insurrection Act SCOtUS will not stop him bc of way the law is written- not subject to court review

umm FBI agents are not trained to handle the normal range of arrestable offenses in an urban area. Uniformed police who are trained to enforce the laws that tend to get broken are far better able. This is a waste of resources.

somehow Trump lawyers do not seem to have read Article VI of Constitution - a ratified treaty is considered part of Constitution, and hence any statute in conflict with that treaty is ipso facto null and void

seems like a clear 1st Amendment violation. That "power" that SecState has if I remember correctly has never been vetted against 1st Amendment protections, which apply to all persons by multiple SCOTUS decisons, by SCOTUS itself
