Retired from headship around 18 months ago and it has taken over a year to decompress.
Which surprised me. Hadn’t realised quite how much the job was affecting my mental and physical health.
Started a new job last week.

We’ve had quite a bit but it’s very wet. Needless to say, it’s carnage on the roads and will be worse when it freezes tonight.
