Yes….so much yes. He walked around with Meg Ryan and Carrie Fisher (they were friends). He asked Carrie what she thought of the gift shop at the end of Star Tours, and she said “I think it’s awful”

One of my dad’s favorite stories is that he met Henry Winkler at Elizabeth Taylor’s birthday party at Disneyland. My dad was a security guard at Disneyland.

My husband & I ran into Weird Al, his wife & baby at the Fallbrook Avocado Festival in 2005. I whispered to my husband, “is that Weird Al?” He quietly walked up to him & asked “excuse me, are you Al Yankovic?” He said, “I am!” My husband shook his hand and said, “I’m a huge fan of your work!” 💕
