It says “we” because the linguistic term is called a “Royal Plural” which is used to show greatness/respect. It’s used in monarchies also to refer to a king, it’s not unique to Islam.

Plenty of Muslims listen to and accept music. There’s an entire sect dedicated to music and dance as a way of expressing love for God- the Mevlevi Whirling Dervishes. You are unlettered and just word vomiting whatever hate was fed to you without a single thought beforehand.

A primary belief of Islam is that there is no compulsion in religion. I could surely force someone to read the Quran but if they don’t accept the truth in their heart it’s pointless.
