When people ask me about programs like chat or grammarly, etc... And no, it's not hyperbole. I have been watching literacy skills degrade in real time over the last few years.

They asked Chat GPT how to fix the economy, and then just fucking did whatever it said. I don't even know what to say. How can someone be this stupid? Edit to add: On Chat GPT, the following prompt will immediately get you the method they used: If I wanted to even the playing field with respect to the trade deficit with foreign nations using tariffs, how could I pick the tariff rates? Give me a specific calculation
