All of the “elite” squad building from the Chelsea board and they've ended the game tonight with a CB at RB, a RB at LB, a LB at RCM, a youth academy LW at RW, and a youth loan recall they were desperate to get rid of as their best CB.

Could be a bargain at £20 million, but he has been a shell of himself for Dortmund this season (created only one chance).
