Beau Bear adventurer, a painting I did last week as a gift.
8 hours in total start to finish, most of it being done in one session with a second session to tighten some areas up.

I quite like it despite being a fairly quick painting, maybe animal adventurers is my new thing?

Volcanic slough- An oil painting of an volcanic environment at a dark, moody sunset. Glowing orange and yellow Lava flows over cliffs like a waterfall into a swamp creating steam. The swamp water is a grey blue reflecting the lava flows and steam in some areas. There is a small rapids as the water flow exits at the right side of the painting. A volcano in the background spews ash into the air as it is about to erupt.

Day out to Leeds today and visited this rather nice book and plant shop on the quay!
Picked up 'House of Open Wounds' by @aptshadow.bsky.social as the title stood out amongst the rest.

Here's the finished Trench Crusade ink painting I teased a couple of weeks ago!
Was good fun working on this and was a smooth process start to finish.

Here's some stuff i've done so far this year.

Warhammer 40,000 Death Shroud I painted in ink a couple of weeks ago as a gift for a friend.
I’m quite happy with the result of this one as start to finish, including the drawing was just over 4 hours in total and most of it was done in one sitting.

Sneaky peek at a big Trench Crusade painting that's underway.
The drawing is basically done other than a few elements so it's nearly time to start working in ink.
heretic legion troops charging at an enemy off screen. they wear altered ww1 armour and clothing, trench guns, spiked riot shields and backed up by a demonic metal war engine. A gigantic tenderiser can be seen at the top left corner.

40k Plague Marine I teased about last month is finished and varnished!

I've been enjoying working in ink a lot recently so figured i'd do something for myself when i was in a bit of a rut.
