So I gave my grade 8 students this question today, and more than I expected said that they didn’t care which was cheaper because they were going to buy the one made in Canada.

Besides the $189M cost of an unnecessary early election, my 17yo is also mad because she was supposed to be able to vote in the next provincial election! The youth are educated & have a LOT to say. #LowerTheVotingAge #OnPoli

…also, while all candidates in Waterloo Region were invited, not one PC candidate showed up to talk to the people who came out, who together represented over 10,000 local union workers. The local PC candidate did make sure to place a whole bunch of signs outside the venue though. 🙄 #onpoli
