The day finally came and it was time to pull for my uma oshi Fuji Kiseki. Sadly it took every single carat I owned and had to get her off of exchange points. These were the wrong cool beauties that dropped before her. Silver lining is now every uma I have is 3 stars to have their cute outfits.

While I'm late to playing through the story this update it's been great. As much as I dislike what they've done to the MCs role in the game the overall plots have still be fun. Unwinding the mystery of Hollow Zero little by little.

Been playing Space Engineers with the latest update and it's been fun. Trying out redesigning the respawn rover in creative and was able to make this boom lift. Was really fun learning all the game systems and programming to let this work.
Looking forward to building it in survival now.

Doing a much needed major clean sweep of my bedroom so that means stuff has to come out so I can do that. It's gonna be a week+ long endeavor as I do things piece by piece but we will get there. 💪 Manga shelf is emptied, and to the left out of frame is a full box that will be donated.

It took all my saved polychromes + dipping into the whale dust reserve but I was able to get mech daughter and super lucky for a double hit on weapon banner!!! One for her and one for Seed Sr. 🥺
I don't have time to go through the story tonight but will do so soon. I'm sure the story will hurt. 😢

I still have some DLC missions to finish and lots of digimon/medals to still collect. There is also Hacker's Memory that I need to play through. Mostly looking forward to Time Stranger in a few months so that's why I pushed for finishing this up now.

My other issues are that type matchups & the digifarm feel like a step down. While having the additional triad of Vaccine/Virus/Data adds variety it still sucks having lost more individualized weaknesses/resistances. The digifarm became more a vehicle for items/cases than maxing your digimon.

The hiccups come now. Lackluster localization with many errors, a grindy exp system that feels like you need to use the exp team strat, maze like zones with no overall map to reference, low quality visuals even for 10 years ago. Without following a guide it would have been a worse experience.

While all the classics are here as expected it does a good job at showcasing some lesser loved digimon that I'm a fan of. Like Monochromon

There was a good amount of content throughout to sink into while playing through. With the complete edition they included the DLCs they had released for the game. That included more Digimon, some helpful items and some challenging late/post game content.

Like many Digimon projects the storytelling was really fun and was never afraid to add brevity to an overall darker plot than other "creature capture" type games. No spoilers but it hits many of the same beats other Digimon stories and jrpgs do.
Gameplay was really fun, lots of customizability!
