If you had a biomarker signature that was non-invasive, easily accessible, highly accurate, simple to interpret and led to timely and effective intervention to save the lives of cancer patients would you be using it every chance you could ?

Does it seem obvious to everyone that if you deter or turn away a patient who is ill, that they will remain ill and probably become more ill regardless of their immigration or citizenship status?
