We came up with the name Kali for our pup, which is also the name of the Hindu goddess of destruction. Seems fitting, as she doesn't fetch tennis balls, but chews them to shreds.

Glad you made the jump. BlueSky reminds me of what Twitter used to be like, back before it became such a cesspool of misinformation. Also ended my relationship with Meta (Facebook, Threads, Instagram) last month, as it is heading down the same path.

Works on a similar format as Twitter, using algorithms based on your profile and likes. Then recommends people who might share similar interests. Unfortunately a little more complicated when it comes to connecting with groups.

This place reminds me of what Twitter used to be like back when I first started using it. Hopefully more people will find their way here from Threads and Facebook.
