As a working 66+ I schedule 4 -5 “pre-hab” swims in a week: usu 1300 yds starting with butterfly and a mix of back, breast and free so I don’t stress out my shoulder. Feels great and you get an extra cookie after supper for being a good boy. #InTheSwimKeepsYourTrim

After five hours, Word is that I scored 11 on a scale of 10 after my third attempt to get my safety harness on.

Once again accidentally a tourist when you mentioned todayish upcoming show by intentionally going on holiday in Lassen Volcanic Natl Park wilderness area.
