Back when I was living in Alaska my results showed my Vid D levels at just 4 ng/ml. I’ve never met another soul with levels that low.

You can toggle “Sound Check” option to “on” in the Settings app to help level the music out.

The “loudness” of music is likely due to the era it was released. You can look up articles about the music “loudness war” in the music industry that talk about why this is a thing.
