Besides if you look at the pictures, when he was facing the ground he squeezed the fake blood capsule and because of gravity it dripped down towards his mouth. That's not how it would work if it were real blood and a real injury that occured while he was standing upright.

My husband had never been to a rally before. He didn't get it and he really had some isolating and fatalistic beliefs.
We went on Saturday. He even held a sign. He was amazed and inspired. He said this is what it is going to take to beat this.
