Moving along in my #stainedglass journey. It’s such a privilege to be able to learn new skills (esp as a person with #MECFS), and I will never, ever take it for granted! Floral design is up next 🌸🌺🌹

Click the link in the original post, scroll down to where it asks, “Is this page helpful?” and click “No” to get a prompt for what to improve. Takes two seconds, might become a vital part of the public record used to fight this stuff eventually. Never know!

Trump just paused ALL Federal grant and loan funding indefinitely. For folks who may not realize just how deeply local govt is subsidized by State & Federal grants, the Harris County Housing & Community Development Dept alone is around 95% grant-funded..

Me slowly trying to convince my bf to unionize their trade bc there are only like 4k tankermen in the entire U.S. and they handle 100% of the liquid cargo for… everything manufactured in the U.S. Thanks for the inspo, @kimkelly.bsky.social!

Did you know that if you have the luxury of access to a grocer with fresh produce and also the funds to purchase that you can PICKLE IT ALL & make a salad of pickled things w/ chickpea pasta & lemon & olive oil & fresh herbs? There are cathedrals everywhere for those who have eyes to see.

It’s rare that I take any time for lunch at work bc when I am working I get in the flow and don’t care to stop. But today I did. Please enjoy this video of pork chops and cream gravy, courtesy of my PMS cravings. Had no clue that gluten-free flour would make such a good roux, but it did!!
