It was a wonderful first full day of #FETC! Presenting on Digital Citizenship with @katiefielding.com was a success with a 10/10 group. Chatting with @briansepe.bsky.social and other rad people filled my cup. Presentations by @steviefrank.bsky.social and George Couros inspired. THE GOOD STUFF.

The year is ending on quite a high note - this past week, I was acknowledged as a 2024 New Jersey Exemplary Educator. Receiving the honor at a board of education meeting with many current and past students present made it even more special. Feeling very grateful. #EduSky

Five years ago, I joined an ISTE Cert Cohort led by @alanawinnick.bsky.social, who gave me advice that shaped my path in education. This year, she encouraged me to present at NYSCATE, an invaluable experience. Grateful for mentors like her and opportunities to connect and grow.

The results from yesterday's Teacher Tapp survey regarding teacher stressors is a bit telling. Fairly small sample size - would most educators agree that student behavior is at the top of the list? #EduSky
