Proko offers VODs from professionals, with some lessons for free and others requiring a purchase. Draw a Box is a community-based course that focuses on the most fundamental things in drawing: mark making and spatial reasoning. I started the latter back in June, and the progress I've seen is wild.

Hey! I'm in the process of learning how to draw myself, so I can help with this. If you're a beginner, the two best online resources are absolutely Proko and Draw a Box. Both are free (to an extent) and can very much get you started.
