Yay, this arrived: My contributor copy of "Free Verse - Poems for Richard Price" - an anthology celebrating the 300th birthday of Wales' greatest moral philosopher. Other contributors include Robert Minhinnick, Zoë Brigley, Marie Elis Dunning, Abeer Ameer, Mab Jones, Damian Walford Davies & more ♥
So on Sunday, after I finished saying goodbye to Creak 😭, on the way back I saw this grey heron in a place I used to go on walks to virtually every day during the first pandemic. I had named him Eric. Nation Cymru published a little piece I wrote about him too in 2021!
