Kingpins are scary! Just like on land - so much easier to round up the landscapers than the big time dealers. Have you seen the videos? It takes 3 agents to take down a lady dropping her kid off at school - can you imagine how many it would take to get the big bad guys?

It's so true. I once started a job in a Healthcare facility that was A MESS! it didn't take me long to realize the problem. Almost all the staff had the habit of placing blame. Nothing got done except a lot of finger pointing. I felt bad for the patients who lived there.
